I/ We ___________________________________________ agree that I /we join the above mentioned one day tour voluntarily and understand that we are participating the activity at our own risk, that Gospel Advancement centre Australia ( GACA ) does not accept responsibility for any unforeseeable accident or incident. GACA will exercise its due diligence to conduct the day's activity in the safest manner, and to prevent any incident to occur at its best knowledge. I /we also agree to abide to and follow all the instructions the tour guide gives on the day and will not cause any unnecessary inconvenience to other tour members.
